A fully immersive, large-scale multimedia installation on the facade of the Hearst Tower. These oversized, angular LEDs showcase new content three times a day, featuring stories through the voice of Hearst brands. Partnered with the agency Code and Theory, I had the privilege of working on this project since its inception, and continue to design its content on a weekly basis.
Inspired by the word "convergence", the 2014 Hearst annual focused on showing how the companies within the corporation come together each year to contribute toward Hearst's success.

Poster for the Fly Gurlz Telethon, a day-long event to raise money for their public access debut. The three women who host this show are wild, energetic, and full of life. I designed this comic-inspired piece with that in mind.
Focusing on a day in the life of a Hearst employee, this annual tracks the various activities and events experienced while working at Hearst. Photos taken from social media marked “#HearstLife” make up the contents of the photo collages, accompanied by a timeline noting significant accomplishments of the company.
A poster series for the improvised show “Splitscreen” inspired by the cinematic technique. To represent the show structure (two scenes happening simultaneously on different sides of the stage), I created a visual portmanteau—images that complete one another, despite being entirely separate ideas.
Using the bright Hearst color palette and a variety of collages, the 2013 Hearst annual showcases the vast ground Hearst Corporation covers, and displays the year's successes with a vibrant and exciting energy. Created all graphics and collage work for entire publication, and handled production of the final piece.
This proposal for the 2018 Hearst annual focuses on the core values of the corporation. By utilizing an overlapping grid system, the theme of “what connects us” is visually communicated with bright colors paired with black and white photography.
An over-sized custom book celebrating the 10-year anniversary of architect Norman Foster's Hearst Tower. Through photography, quotes, and refined palette, this project represents the aesthetic and industrial beauty of the landmark building.
Branding for Jenika Lash & Hair, a cosmetology professional specializing in eyelash extensions and hair services. The goal of this branding was to emulate the idea of hair using curves and texture, while also maintaining a colorful and modern aesthetic to reflect the personality of the stylist.
Using a multitude of colors and backgrounds represents the creativity of the client and keeps the branding fresh and flexible.
Promotional poster for Mel Owens’ comedic one-woman show, depicting the fears and obstacles she faced after having a stroke at 28. Inspired by old medical posters, I created a design that felt anatomical, but juxtaposed the clinical illustration with casual thoughts and questions about her health.
